Terms of Use

These terms cover the Quanta app and the website at quantalabs.studio, both made by Quanta Labs. By using them you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Quanta for your own study. You may not sell, rent or sublicense the app or its content.

Our content

The questions, answer explanations, worked solutions, diagrams and question-generation methods in Quanta are owned by Quanta Labs and protected by copyright. You may not:

• copy, export, scrape or download the questions or explanations, by hand or with software;
• publish, share or sell them, including in study guides, courses, websites, other apps or AI training data;
• decompile, decrypt or reverse engineer the app to extract its content.

Sending a challenge to a friend with the app’s “Challenge a friend” feature is fine.

Study aid only

Quanta is a study aid. We work hard to keep every question accurate, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or that it will raise your score. Please report anything that looks wrong from the question screen or at support@quantalabs.studio.

Ads and purchases

The app shows ads. Purchases such as Remove Ads are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms, including refunds. See our privacy policy for how ads use information.

No warranty

Quanta is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Quanta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Ending your use

You can stop using Quanta at any time by deleting the app. We may end your license if you break these terms.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
